The project titled “Construction of Mini Stadium at Upazila Level – 2nd Phase (1st Revised)” is a nationwide initiative undertaken to strengthen sports infrastructure at the grassroots level across Bangladesh. The project envisions the development of standardized mini stadiums in 201 Upazilas, with the aim of promoting sports activities, physical fitness, youth engagement, and community development at the local level. Under the earlier phase of the project, architectural designs and drawings for 94 Upazila mini stadiums were prepared by a previously engaged consulting firm. Following the revision of the project and to ensure consistency, quality, durability, and compliance with national standards, architectural services are now required for the remaining 107 proposed Upazila mini stadiums.
