Engr. Kutubuddin Ahmed is the Chairman and Founder of Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd. and its associated companies. He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET).
He is also the Founder of Envoy Group and is involved in Textile, Garments Manufacturing, Banking, International Cargo Handling and other industrial activities. One of his textile companies is listed in the Bangladesh Stock Exchange.
He is the Former President of BGMEA and MCCI, Former Secretary General of Bangladesh Olympic Association (BOA) and recipient of the National Sports Award.
Engr. Sk. Bashir Ahmed is the Vice Chairman of Sheltech Group. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from BUET.
He has extensive experience in power transmission and distribution networks as well as renewable energy systems. Apart from being a business person, he is also a sports activist. Currently, he is the president of the Bangladesh Gymnastic Federation and Vice president of the Bangladesh Olympic Association. He was the former joint secretary of the Bangladesh Cricket Board.
Mr. Tanvir Ahmed is the Managing Director of Sheltech Group. He is also the Director of Envoy Group. He holds a Master's degree from Cardiff University, UK, and a Bachelor of Arts degree (with Honors) from Kingston University, UK.
He also obtained a Diploma from the London School of Economics (LSE). Mr. Ahmed is currently a Director of Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Associations (BGMEA) and an Executive Committee member of Bangladesh Employers' Federation. He is also the Former Director of the India-Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IBCCI).
