The DMDP Detailed Area Plan (DAP) is basically a local level planning exercise which deal with more detailed planning proposals for specific ‘sub-areas. DAP will provide specific and concrete proposals to met existing, immediate and short-term needs of a limited area in accordance with the strategies suggested in the higher level plans. Topographic and Physical Features survey have to be done using RTK-GPS and Total Station along with related attribute data (socio-economic activities) to identify the problem and prospects of future development. GIS technology has to be used for analysis and planning more details for Preparation of Maps in different scale. The project area covers approx. 72337 acres of land consisting of 4 SPZ (16, 17.1, 17.2 and 17.3) of DMDP area.
