Regional Development Planning (RDP) Project is launched by RAJUK with the financial assistance from the Asian Development Bank within the framework of City Region Development Project (CRDP). The main goal of RDP is to develop a planning policy framework in order to promote a sustainable regional development plan for the Dhaka City Region (RAJUK area). Such a plan becomes necessary for the Dhaka City Region to minimize the constraints/ challenges being encountered in providing physical facilities as well as other required utility services for the city dwellers in an effective and sustainable manner.
